Who we are
our business started as a passion project between two brothers, inspired by a love for authentic Mexican street food and a desire to bring something new and bold to the taco scene. We use prime sirloin steak, handmade tortillas made by our mother from Tijuana and fresh-made beans prepared daily to craft tacos that go beyond the ordinary.
Our signature Perro taco is a standout, combining the finest ingredients like tender smoked flap steak, grilled mozzarella, and fresh toppings and accompaniments like guacamole and blistered jalapeno to create a truly memorable flavor. We also offer unique variations, including the Breakfast Perro Taco, packed with eggs and steak for a satisfying morning option.
We began humbly, selling tacos on the streets of LA in 2020 and after overcoming challenges like the pandemic, we went viral on TikTok, leading to the purchase of our first food truck. Now, we bring our elevated street food experience to customers across LA, whether they’re at a private event or just craving something delicious on the go.
Our mission is simple: to share the bold, authentic flavors of Mexico with a modern twist, using only the freshest ingredients. Every taco tells a story and we’re excited to continue writing ours with every bite.
